Wandering Winnie’s Studio specializes in hand-crafted, unique ceramics. I do my best to photograph each item in various light sources and environments, but can’t guarantee an exact depiction due to the variability in computer and phone screens. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me at wanderingwinniestudio@gmail.com with your concerns. However, I do not offer refunds or returns of my work due to the delicate nature of ceramics and the difficulty of return shipping.
Damaged Items
If your one-of-a-kind piece of pottery is damaged during shipping, you have 3 days upon arrival to send me an email at wanderingwinniestudio@gmail.com with a description and pictures of the damage. All items at Wandering Winnie’s Studio are unique, so there is no guarantee that an exact exchange will be possible. However, a store credit will be issued for you to use at your discretion to replace your damaged piece.
What constitutes a damaged item?
- Cracks in the pot, making it unusable
- Chips or chunks broken off of the pot, making it dangerous to hold
- Complete shattering of the pot from improper handling during shipping
